Believers can know for sure that when they sin and ask God for forgiveness, they will be forgiven.

Confidence in God will grow as we come to a greater understanding of His nature and works through the study of the Scriptures.

God reveals Himself to His people through His word. 

God’s discipline is to humble you so that you will see more clearly your own pride and selfishness and repent.

When you see wondrous power and beauty in nature, do you stop and give praise to the powerful God who made these things?

Know that you can trust God in the midst of trying circumstances, He is your defence.

God gives His people joy, knowledge of the truth, and peace even in the midst of fearful circumstances.

Times will be tough, but God’s sustaining grace is given to His people to endure and live faithfully. 

When we face opposition for the sake of Christ we must keep the nature of God’s love for us at the forefront on our minds, and let His love motivate us to wholehearted obedience to the Scriptures. 

God is good and just and gives His word to instruct mankind in righteousness.
