Real faith always produces deeds; it is not merely a profession. Faith without conduct is worthless.
The good deeds we do are the result of an inward change. True faith is trusting in Jesus Christ alone for salvation, which transforms us within to desire to do good. If you say you love your brother or sister, you will also act to help them.
Spiritually dead people do not produce good works. Christianity is not merely intellectual, but renews our whole affections to follow after Christ. Good deeds always demonstrate the inner reality of our faith.
