The following traits can be discerned about the Colossians church from the text before us. These are characteristics that any faithful church ought to have. These are characteristics that ought to be true of us.
1. Good and accurate understanding of the Trinity.
2. Correct response to the gospel message.
3. Love for all the saints.
4. An objective hope that was real.
